A multi-faceted performer and educator, Mr. Beall sustains balance between the Symphonic, Broadway, and Marching arenas. As a freelance percussionist, he has performed on Broadway in The Lion King, Les Miserables, and In The Heights as well as at Carnegie Hall with the Manhattan Pops Orchestra and the New England Symphonic Ensemble. Mr. Beall has appeared as a soloist around the world, including 14 recitals and 6 concerto performances. He performs regularly with the Columbus Symphony Orchestra and American Symphony Orchestra and has performed with the American Brass Quintet, Illinois Symphony, the New York Philharmonic Percussion Ensemble,
With experience in many different musical communities, Michael is active in performance, private student and public teaching, writing, consulting, product design, artist management, and as a clinician. Currently, Mr. Eagle operates out of New York City, NY where he is a music instructor for the NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development serving as the Drum Sergeant for the NYU Pipe & Drums. Michael is the owner of Eagle Artist Management which organizes several of his performing groups including Axiom Percussion (www.axiomperc.com), Metro Line: The East Coast All- Star Drumline and Formal Marimba. Mr. Eagle is the president of Eagle Made Products (www.eaglelmade.com), a manufacturer of unique percussion products; and Landspeed Artist Management, acting as operations manager for the

In 2004, in New York City, composer/percussionist Andrew Beall performed the world premiere of his Testament: Symphony for Marimba and Orchestra with the Tower Philharmonic, marking as the first marimba symphony in history ever to be composed or performed. Just crossing the horizon, his second orchestral work, Affirmation, for solo percussion and orchestra was recently premiered at Avery Fisher Hall, Lincoln Center.
Richard Grimes is a leader in contemporary/crossover performance. In his latest show, Listening to the World Through Western Ears, Richard merges the primitive craft of global percussion with the dynamic possibilities of contemporary Western music. Through innovative programming like this, he has earned distinctions from both media and musicians alike. Billboard Magazine describes Richard’s performances as "sparkling moments that defy classification." MusicNow states, "Here is where virtuosity meets vision - where Mr. Grimes is in a class all his own." In addition to acclaim from his peers, Richard has also been fortunate enough to receive several recent music honors, including the Yale-Gordon Competition and the Billboard Independent Artist of the Year Award.
As a renown concert cimbalomist Richard Grimes specializes in contemporary orchestral and chamber repertoire for the instrument. A devout educator, he has taught students, groups, and master classes in 6 different states and his students have won recognitions from the local to the national levels. Greenwich Symphony Orchestra, Philadelphia Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra, Garden State Philharmonic, Brooklyn Symphony Orchestra, Harmonie Symphony Orchestra, Gotham City Orchestra, and served as Principal Timpanist at the Conductor’s Institute at Bard. Mr. Beall was recently appointed Principal Timpanist/Percussionist of the Erato Chamber Orchestra of Chicago. As a composer, Mr. Beall’s works have been performed at the top concert halls, conservatories, and music festivals around the world. Most recently, he was commissioned by the US Air Force Band to write a work for solo percussion and brass ensemble, scheduled for premiere in April ‘09. Mr. Beall received his B.M. from the Manhattan School of Music, his M.A. from New York University, and was a Charles Owen Memorial Fellowship winner at the Aspen Music Festival.
